JR Storytellers Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

Welcome to the JR Storytellers Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

To become a JR Storytellers affiliate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have a valid email address

Maintain an active account on our platform

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission & Payments

Affiliates will receive 10% commission on every book sale generated through their unique referral link.

Commissions are paid monthly for all confirmed sales.

A sale is considered confirmed once the payment has been received and is not subject to return or refund.

3. Referral Links

Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to share with their audience.

It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that the referral link is used correctly to track commissions.

4. Marketing & Promotion

Affiliates may promote JR Storytellers via social media, websites, blogs, or other approved platforms.

All promotions must align with the values of JR Storytellers—family-friendly, respectful, and truthful.

Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or any activity that damages the reputation of JR Storytellers.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use false or misleading claims about JR Storytellers products

Promote on adult, violent, or hateful content platforms

Misrepresent themselves as employees or representatives of JR Storytellers

Violation of these guidelines may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited license to use JR Storytellers branding and materials solely for the purpose of promoting our books. All rights remain the property of JR Storytellers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate. Affiliates may also request to leave the program at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Term

Jr Storytellers reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
